Type pending records. The system queries all copy service orders across the firm and shows:
- Overdue — orders past their due date, with days overdue
- Pending — orders in progress, not yet overdue
- Hearing conflicts — cases with hearings approaching and records still outstanding
This is the kind of cross-referencing that is impossible to do manually. A hearing is next week, and the medical records from the treating physician are 22 days overdue. Without a system that connects the hearing calendar to the records tracker, nobody notices until the attorney walks into the courtroom unprepared.
