- Approaching SOL with no DOR filed
- Expired or approaching deadlines
- Overdue high-priority tasks
- No activity in 60+ days
- No client contact in 30+ days
- Hearings approaching with no prep
Cases are ranked worst-first. The top 10 get detailed scores explaining exactly why they need attention. This replaces the "gut feeling" approach to case management with data-driven prioritization.
