Type compare [case] and [case]. The system pulls both cases and shows a side-by-side comparison:
- Body parts — which are in both, which are unique to each
- DOI dates and injury types
- Carriers and defense attorneys
- Status and pending deadlines
- LC 4664 credit exposure — prior award credits that could reduce the current case value
This is critical when the same applicant has multiple injuries. Acme Construction credits, apportionment under Benson/Escobedo, and overlap analysis are all factored in.
