- Costs advanced by the firm (subpoenas, QME evaluations, deposition transcripts)
- Time billed (hours and dollar amount)
- Payments received
- Outstanding balance
This feeds directly into the settlement value analysis. When you run what is [case] worth, costs advanced are deducted from the gross C&R in the net-to-client calculation.
